The scheme "Awareness Programme on Child/Human Trafficking, Family Planning, Legal Awareness, Health etc." was launched by the Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare Department, Government of Assam. The scheme aims to generate awareness among the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community on critical social issues. The scheme provides a platform to generate awareness regarding child/human trafficking, family planning, legal awareness, and health issues such as the reduction of Maternal Mortality Rate, Infant Mortality Rate, and Alcoholism, along with maintaining hygiene.
