The scheme “ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education)” is an initiative under the Samagra Shiksha Programme, implemented by the Secondary Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand. Eligibility Criteria

  1. The applicant should be a boy or girl aged between 3 to 6 years.

How to Apply for ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education)

Application mode: Offline

  • The child must be taken to the respective co-located Anganwadi centre along with the Aadhaar card or birth certificate as proof of age, which is mandatory for admission/registration.
  • Admission is free, and children can be enrolled anytime between the ages of 3 to 6 years. All children in the prescribed age group within the area served by Anganwadi centres/Balvatikas operating in government school premises must be registered.
