- Students who have passed out shall not be eligible for financial assistance.
- Students who have abandoned their courses shall not be eligible for financial assistance.
- The applicant eligible under this scheme will not be eligible for other schemes in the same year, except for the "Simon Sing Horo (Special Post-Matric) Scholarship".
