Permanent residents of the state who have completed the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra via the Pithoragarh Yatra route can apply online through the Apuni Sarkar portal, after receiving a recommendation from the Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam. The main documents required for the application are as follows:
- Permanent/Domicile Certificate of Uttarakhand
- Travel Completion Certificate issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, along with other travel-related documents
- Photocopy of bank passbook showing the account number and IFSC code
- Photocopy of PAN card
- Photocopy of Aadhaar card
After submission, the application forms are scrutinized by the Director&#39;s office. If the documents are found to be correct, the reimbursement amount is credited to the concerned individual.
