Financial Support Scheme
The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to financially weak students of the University of Delhi to help them overcome financial challenges and continue their education without hardship.
About the Financial Support Scheme Scheme
The Department of Distance & Education, School of Open Learning, Campus of Open Learning (DDCE/SOL/COL), in the spirit of facilitating financially weak students as per guidelines decided by the University of Delhi, has announced the Financial Support Scheme for DDCE/SOL/COL students. This scheme is reflected through a fee waiver/refund for the students enrolled in DDCE/SOL/COL and having their family income below the poverty line. The fee waiver/refund includes all components of the fee paid by students except the examination fee and the university fee.

Eligibility Criteria
- A full-time bonafide student studying in any UG/PG Program in a department/institute/center of the University of Delhi (UoD).
- The family income of the student should be less than ₹ 8,00,000/-.
- Students enrolled in constituent colleges of UoD.
- B.Tech Programs (excluding CIC) Five-year integrated LAW programs, SoL and NCWEB are NOT eligible.

How to Apply for Financial Support Scheme
Application mode: Online
Step 1: Eligible students can fill in the online application form available on the website of the Dean&#39;s Students’ Welfare Office.
Step 2: Students must submit a copy of their application form and all documents after due attestation and recommendation from the head/director of the concerned department/center/institute at DSW office.
Step 3: The schedule for the submission of the hard/printed copy of the application form will be declared in the DSW website.

- 2nd, 3rd &amp; 4th year candidates with ER/Arrears of previous examination papers are not eligible to apply.
