About the House Subsidy Scheme Scheme

Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant should not have availed of any such subsidy earlier.
- The applicant should have a bonafide Himachali certificate of the couple.
- The applicant should possess a Scheduled Cast/Other Backward Classes/Minority Community/Single Women or Handicapped Certificate.
- The applicant should have income and revenue papers (Record of Right – Parcha & Tatima).
- The applicant should have a recommendation from the concerned Gram Panchayat.
- Latest photographs of the present house are required.
