Integrated Scheme for Export Promotion & Quality Improvement in Spices and Research and Development of Cardamom: Export Oriented Production:Large Cardamom Replanting/New planting (Ha)

1. 33.33% of cost of cultivation of large cardamom subject to a maximum of ₹ 33,600/- per Ha for General Category and 75% of cost of cultivation ₹ 75,000/- per Ha for SC/ST payable in two annual installments of ₹ 16,800/- and 37,500/-, respectively.
2. Small and marginal growers owing up to 8.00 Ha. The minimum area to be replanted / new planted contiguously under the scheme is 0.10 Ha Maximum area eligibility per grower is 8.00 Ha but at a time i.e., in a financial year a grower can avail subsidy only up to 4.00 Ha as replanting has to be carried out in a phased manner.

1. The applicant should be a small or marginal grower owning up to 8 hectares of land.
2. The applicant should belong to the SC/ST category.
3. The applicant should undertake replanting/new planting in a minimum contiguous area of 0.10 Ha.
4. The applicant should not exceed 8.00 Ha total eligibility, and should avail subsidy for a maximum of 4.00 Ha per financial year in a phased manner.
5. The applicant should be cultivating in eligible regions such as Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, and other North Eastern states.
6. The applicant should ensure a minimum plant population of 4000 plants per hectare with spacing of 5 × 5 feet.
7. The applicant should allow inspection by designated officials, and assistance will be granted only after approval.
8. The applicant should avail second-time assistance for the same area only after 8 years, except in cases like natural calamities.

Registration

Step 1: The applicant should visit the ServicesPlus website.

Step 2: Click on the “Register” option on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill out the registration form by entering Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, selecting State, and Captcha.

Step 4: Review all details carefully and submit the registration form.

Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email; enter the OTP and click “Verify.”

Step 6: Registration will be completed successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed or sent via email.

Login

Step 1: The applicant should visit the ServicesPlus website and click on “Login.”

Step 2: Enter your Email ID, Password, and Captcha.

Step 3: Select the relevant service/scheme name.

Step 4: Fill in the required details in the application form.

Step 5: Submit the application.
