Integrated Scheme for Export Promotion & Quality Improvement in Spices and Research and Development of Cardamom: \Small Cardamom Replanting/New Planting: For Kerala & Tamilnadu

1. 33.33% of cost of cultivation of subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,000/- per Ha for General Category and 75% of cost of cultivation ₹2,10,000/- per Ha for SC/ST payable in two annual installments of ₹50,000/- and ₹1,05,000/- each year respectively.
2. Individual registered cardamom growers having a land holding size of 0.10 Ha to 8 Ha.
3. Minimum area to be replanted under the programme is 0.10 Ha in a continuous block and the maximum area is limited to 2 Ha per beneficiary per year and a maximum of 8 Ha. in block year of 5 years from 2021-2026.
4. The plant population is minimum 1100 Nos. per ha.
5. Replanting cycle is considered as 8 years and a second time benefit for the same area replanted by a beneficiary will be available only on completion of 8 years except on exclusive circumstances like natural calamities, devastating pest and disease attacks certified by a committee constituted by the Board.

1. The applicant should belong to Kerala or Tamil Nadu and undertake Small Cardamom replanting/new planting activities under the scheme.
2. The plantation/site will be subject to final inspection by the Designated Officials, and only eligible cases recommended by them will be considered for assistance.

Registration

Step 1: The applicant should visit the ServicesPlus website.

Step 2: Click on the “Register” option on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill out the registration form by entering Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, selecting State, and Captcha.

Step 4: Review all details carefully and submit the registration form.

Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email; enter the OTP and click “Verify.”

Step 6: Registration will be completed successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed or sent via email.

Login

Step 1: The applicant should visit the ServicesPlus website and click on “Login.”

Step 2: Enter your Email ID, Password, and Captcha.

Step 3: Select the relevant service/scheme name.

Step 4: Fill in the required details in the application form.

Step 5: Submit the application.
