Eligibility Criteria

  1. The bride&amp;#39;s mother must belong to a Scheduled Caste community.
  2. Financial help is available for the marriage of up to two daughters in a family.
  3. The bride must be at least 18 years old on the date of marriage.
  4. This assistance is only for the first marriage of each daughter.
  5. Your family&amp;#39;s monthly income cannot be more than ₹2,000/-. (Verified by the Tehsildar).
  6. Applicant must have lived in Chandigarh for at least 3 years.
  7. If both the bride&amp;#39;s parents are deceased, her legal guardian can apply for this help.
