> Handholding Support:

• Comprehensive support including advisory services, training, technical assistance, and supervision.
• Credit linkage through bank loans with collateral-free provisions.
• Full interest subvention and bank guarantee support.
• Provision of catalytic capital grant and venture funding.

> Support to Implementing Departments:

• Funding for development of common infrastructure and facilities.
• Research and development support for innovation and localization.
• Financial support for technical training programmes.
• Administrative expense support for implementation and monitoring.

> Cluster Development Support:

• Promotion of agriculture and allied sectors through cluster (zau) approach.
• Development of industrial clusters to attract investments.
• Support based on agro-climatic suitability and employment potential.

> Market Support:

• Price support for priority crops.
• Market intelligence and information dissemination.
• Establishment of market linkages.
• Financial support for infrastructure and machinery (fixed capital creation).

> Participative Planning & Innovation:

• Support for decentralized planning at district and local levels.
• Promotion of innovation through initiatives like the "Chief Minister’s Innovation Challenge".
• Integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

• The applicant should be an individual, group, organization, entrepreneur, or innovator.
• The applicant should have high potential for wealth and employment generation.
• The applicant should be selected as a “Progress Partner” by the Apex Body.
• The applicant should be engaged in livelihood, business, startup, or development activities.

Step 1: Progress Partners registration using &amp;quot;Register New User&amp;quot;. One Individual and/or One Organization Project may be submitted from a single user account.

Step 2: After registration, the Application (Loan or Chief Minister Package) may be submitted online by Progress Partners through the portal. Upon successful submission, the applicant will receive a confirmation SMS at the registered phone number.

Step 3: Based on the Trade selected, the respective department will perform verification and then forward it to the Planning &amp;amp; Programme Implementation Department.
