The scheme "Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme" by the Planning & Programme Implementation Department, Government of Mizoram, aims to promote socio-economic development through providing financial, technical, and institutional support to selected Progress Partners. It facilitates livelihood generation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. The scheme is implemented for an initial period of 5 years starting from 19th September, 2024.

How to Apply for Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme
Application mode: Online
Step 1: Progress Partners registration using &quot;Register New User&quot;. One Individual and/or One Organization Project may be submitted from a single user account.
Step 2: After registration, the Application (Loan or Chief Minister Package) may be submitted online by Progress Partners through the portal. Upon successful submission, the applicant will receive a confirmation SMS at the registered phone number.
Step 3: Based on the Trade selected, the respective department will perform verification and then forward it to the Planning &amp; Programme Implementation Department.
