Benefits
> Obstetric Support:
- For a maximum of two deliveries, the female license holder Hammal and Palledar are entitled to be paid assistance equivalent to 45 days' wages as per the prevailing wage rate determined by the state government as an unskilled labourer.
- As paternity leave, an amount equivalent to 15 days wages is payable to the Hammal/Tulara/Palledar father of the child as per the prevailing wage rate determined by the State Government as an unskilled laborer.
> Help for marriage:
- To the extent of the marriage of a licensed woman and two daughters of a licensed woman, ₹ 50,000/-per marriage assistance is payable.
- Application has to be submitted in the format prescribed by the concerned licensee 90 days before the marriage.

- Every student who gets first-division marks and whose guardian is a licensed Hammal or Palledar in Mandi is given a merit scholarship at the following rate:-

Application mode: Online
> Registration
Step-1: Applicant have to visit the official portal.
Step-2: Click on the option “Register”.
Step-3: Then you will be redirected to the SSO registration page. The registration page will appear with the following options.

Step-4: Choose the either one option from the Jan Aadhaar Or Google to process further.
- Jan Aadhaar : Enter the Jan Aadhaar number, click on the ‘Next’ button,
- Select your name, the name of the head of the family and all the other members and
- Click on the ‘Send OTP’ button. Enter the ‘OTP’ and
- Click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button to Complete the registration.
