About the Mukhyamantri Protsahan Yojana Jharkhand Scheme

The "Mukhyamantri Protsahan Yojana" by the Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development Department, Government of Jharkhand, aims to support unemployed individuals who have completed short-term skill training programs aligned with the National Qualification Framework (NSQF). Under this scheme, candidates receive a financial incentive to enhance their employability.

Benefits

  • A financial incentive of ₹5,000/- per annum for eligible candidates.
  • Special categories like widows, abandoned women, primitive tribes, and persons with disabilities receive an additional 50% incentive.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. The applicant must be unemployed (not employed in the public/private sector or self-employed).
  2. The applicant must be registered in a Jharkhand employment exchange.
  3. The applicant should have completed a skill training course conducted by a government ITI, polytechnic, or other government vocational institutes aligned with NSQF.
  4. The applicant must not have availed of any similar incentive under another scheme.
  5. The applicant must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
  6. The applicant should have a valid bank account and Aadhaar card.
  7. The applicant should not have been convicted of a crime with a sentence of 48 hours or more.
  8. The applicant must be between 18 to 35 years old on the date of employment exchange registration (relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST candidates).

How to Apply for Mukhyamantri Protsahan Yojana Jharkhand

Application mode: Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant downloads the application form (Annexure-I) from the official website.

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective training institute/department.

Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the respective training institute/department to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
