Step 3: _Prescription Receipt_

Obtain a written prescription from the medical officer specifying the required laboratory tests, X-ray, sonography, or Electrocardiography services needed for your medical condition.

Step 4: _Laboratory Registration_

Proceed to the laboratory or diagnostic section of the healthcare facility with your prescription and identity documents, where the laboratory technician will register your case and assign a unique identification number.
