Mahila Samriddhi Yojana (for women only) GNTDNT

The scheme aims to create self-employment for women of nomadic and denotified castes and support women entrepreneurs doing independent business. Through this scheme, microfinance is provided to women beneficiaries to pursue a business/occupation of their choice.

About the Mahila Samriddhi Yojana (for women only) GNTDNT Scheme

The scheme "Mahila Samriddhi Yojana" by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to create a microfinance scheme for women of target groups and women entrepreneurs doing independent business to create self-employment for women of nomadic and denotified castes. Under this scheme, women beneficiaries will be able to pursue a business/occupation of their choice. Gujarat Nomadic and Denotified Castes Development Corporation implement the scheme.

Benefits

  1. The maximum loan limit will be up to ₹1,25,000/-.
  2. The interest rate will be 4% per annum.
  3. Under this scheme, 100% loan of the business/occupation amount is provided.
  4. The loan amount will consist of 95% National Corporation contribution, 5% State Government contribution and zero beneficiary contribution.

> Repayment: The loan amount will have to be repaid in 48 equal monthly instalments, including interest.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. The applicant must be a woman from a Nomadic or Denotified Caste.
  2. The annual income limit of the family for income eligibility will be up to ₹3,00,000/- with effect from 1/4/2018. At least 50 percent of the total loan amount will be allocated for families having an annual income of up to ₹1,50,000/-.
  3. The applicant&#39;s age should be at least 21 years and not more than 50 years as on the date of application.
  4. The applicant must have experience in a technical and skilled trade/business.
  5. The applicant will have to provide suitable collateral to get the loan.

Application mode: Online

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

  • Go to the Official Website Gujarat Nomadic and Denotified Tribes Development Corporation. - Scroll down on the homepage, find the &quot;Mahila Samriddhi Yojana&quot; and click on &quot;Apply Now&quot;.
  • You will be directed to the application form.

Step 2: Access and Fill Out the Application Form

  • Complete all sections under &quot;Applicant information,&quot; including full name, father/husband&#39;s name, gender, complete address details, contact numbers, Aadhaar No., parents/husband/guardian occupation and income details. Also provide Date of Birth, Age, Caste, and Subspecies. Also, if you are disabled and provide a percentage.
  • If you have taken a past loan, select &quot;Yes&quot; or &quot;No&quot;. If you selected &quot;Yes&quot;, provide loan details (date, amount, paid, remaining) and your account number.
  • Provide bank account number, bank name, branch name, name as per account, account type (Saving/Current), MICR code, and IFSC code.

Step 3: Upload Documents

  • Go to &quot;Upload Photo&quot; in the menu, then upload your photograph and signature (each file less than 15 KB). Click &quot;Save Photo and Signature&quot;
  • Navigate to &quot;Upload Document&quot; in the menu and upload all required files (PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG only).

Step 4: Review and Final Submission

  • Carefully review each module. Use the preview option to examine the application before final submission. Fill out the provided &quot;CAPTCHA&quot; and Click on “Submit”.

Track and Review Status

  • Applicant will receive an Application ID/Reference Number. Save or print the acknowledgement for future tracking.
  • Go to the Official Website Gujarat Nomadic and Denotified Tribes Development Corporation. - Scroll down and locate the Know App Status. Click on &quot;Know App Status&quot;.
  • Select the Scheme name, Enter App No., and Birth Date. Fill out the Captcha and click on Submit.
