About the NDRI Institute Scholarship For M.Sc. And Ph.d Scheme
The "NDRI Institute Scholarship for M.Sc. and Ph.D. Programmes" is implemented by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare to provide financial assistance to Indian students admitted to Master's and Doctoral programmes at the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI). The scholarship is available only to students who do not receive any other financial assistance or scholarship from any source. Financial support is provided in the form of monthly scholarships during the prescribed duration of the academic programme. Continuation of the scholarship is subject to academic performance, course registration requirements, submission of progress reports, and compliance with institutional rules and regulations. No extension of scholarship is granted beyond the prescribed period.

Eligibility Criteria
- “Institute Scholarship” is offered to all students of Indian Nationality admitted to Master’s and Doctoral programmes at NDRI to provide them with financial assistance as per the rules and conditions in this document.
- Scholarships are offered to only those who do not hold any other financial Assistance/ Scholarship. As and when a student receives or accepts financial assistance from any other source, the “Institute Scholarship” will be terminated.
- The award of a scholarship will be made on receipt of the following certificates:
- Acceptance of the award in the prescribed proforma.
- An undertaking to follow the rules and regulations as per the conditions governing the Scholarship in the prescribed proforma.
