Nagaland State Merit Scholarship

1. Nagaland State Merit Scholarship will provide social security provisions to the students of Nagaland state.
2. This will proven to be an amazing opportunity.
3. Students of post-matric classes will be able to secure their scholarship rights.
4. Students will be given the scholarship amount either on a monthly basis or a yearly basis.
5. The only selection criteria will be that the student will need to secure at least 70% to 80% marks in the previous year’s exam.
6. One can also get a scholarship renewal after submitting his or her Marksheet.
7. This will provide an equal amount of educational opportunities to the students.
8. Students belonging to the ST categories will also be given the same scholarship references.
9. Students can apply online under the Nagaland State Merit Scholarship before the last date of online form submission for getting registration on a time.
10. Students will be given the scholarship amount in the DBT mode

1. The student must be a permanent resident or citizen of Nagaland state.
2. The applicant must be a student in a Post-matric class.
3. The student must secure 70% or 80% marks in the last year’s exam for getting a scholarship renewal.
4. Students in the ST category will also be given scholarship enrollment.

Note: To apply as a Fresh candidate, the student must be enrolled in the first year of the course. Renewal is applicable only to beneficiaries of this Scheme from the previous year.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Common Scholarship Portal.

Step 2: Open the homepage and look at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click on the Register button.

Step 4: Fill in the registration form carefully with details such as Name, Gender, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Password, and Confirm Password.

Step 5: After checking all the details, click on the Register button to complete the process.
