Pre-Matric Scholarship For Scheduled Tribe Students Studying In Classes 9th & 10th

Scholarship for 10 Months

• Day Scholars receive a scholarship of ₹225/- monthly (₹2,250/- annually).
• Hostelers receive ₹525/- monthly (₹5,250/- annually).

Books and Ad Hoc Grant

Day Scholars receive a lump sum grant of ₹750/-, and Hostelers receive a grant of ₹1,000/-.

Additional Disability Allowance

• Divyangjan students, leprosy-cured students, and students having sickle cell anemia or Thalassemia receive an additional grant paid for all twelve months.
• Hosteler students receive ₹800/- monthly (₹9,600/- annually), and Day Scholars receive ₹600/- monthly (₹7,200/- annually).

Disbursement Mode

Benefits are distributed directly to the student's bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), preferably using the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System.

Conditions

• The award once made will continue, subject to good conduct and regularity in attendance.
• The scholarship will be renewed for Class X after the student successfully passes Class IX.
• If a student has to repeat a class, they will not receive the scholarship for the same class twice.

• The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Tribe, as specified in relation to the State or Union Territory to which they actually belong (Domicile State).
• The applicant must be studying in Class IX or Class X.
• The applicant must be studying in a Government School or in a School recognized by the Government or a Central or State Board of Secondary Education.
• The applicant must have a total family income from all sources that does not exceed ₹2,50,000/- per annum.
• The applicant must have a valid account in a Scheduled Bank.
• The applicant must have a bank account linked with their Aadhaar number.
• The applicant must have a bank account linked with an active mobile number.
• The applicant must not be getting any other scholarship.

Step 1: Visit the _DigiLocker Portal_ or download the DigiLocker Mobile App (_Android_ _/_ _iOS_).

Step 2: Click _&quot;__Login/Register__&quot;_ and provide these details: Full name, Gender, Mobile number, Email ID, and Aadhaar Number. Create a 6-digit PIN.

Step 3: Finally, click &quot;Submit&quot;. Note the 6-digit PIN for future reference.

Signin to myScheme

Step 1: At the top right corner of this page, click &quot;Sign In&quot;. Provide your DigiLocker Mobile Number and the 6-digit PIN.

Step 2: Click the &quot;I consent to terms of use&quot; checkbox, then click &quot;Sign In&quot;. You will be directed to the DigiLocker Consent Page.

Step 3: At the bottom of the page, click &quot;Allow&quot;. You have now successfully signed in to myScheme.

Scheme Application

Step 1: At the top of this page, click &quot;Apply Now&quot;. The application form of the scheme will open.

Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory fields of the application form, and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size.

Step 3:**** Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections.

Step 4: Click &quot;Submit&quot;. You&#39;ll receive the following confirmation message: &quot;Form Submitted Successfully!&quot;.

Step 5: For future reference, click &quot;Print&quot; to print the form or to download the filled form as a PDF file. Else, click &quot;Ok&quot; to get redirected to the myScheme landing page.
