It aims to simplify the sale process of medicinal and aromatic products produced by cultivators, enabling them to legally and easily sell their produce through authorized markets or buyers.

This policy has been formulated with the objective of simplifying the sale of medicinal and aromatic products produced through cultivation. Farmers can sell the medicinal and aromatic products grown on their own agricultural land to markets operated by the Forest Department or to any other buyer. How to Apply for Simplification of Sale Process of Herbal Products - Herbal Research and Development Institute, Uttarakhand
Application mode: Offline
The cultivator must have a registration certificate issued by the Institute. Along with a copy of the registration certificate, the cultivator must apply to the Bhesaj Vikas Ikai, the partner organization authorized by the Institute. After physical verification, the permit is issued.
