- Tissue culture labs and hi-tech nurseries have been developed through the establishment of Harela Peeth at P. L. M. Sharma, Shri Dev Suman University campus, Rishikesh, and Sovan Singh Jeena University, Almora. Additionally, HARC was established in Naugaon, Uttarkashi, and CIMS, Dehradun, to facilitate high-quality spawn mushroom production and related training activities.
- The U-SERC Entrepreneurship Development Centre was set up in Satpuli, Pauri, to provide entrepreneurship development and self-employment-oriented training for students, regional women, and the general public.
