How to Apply for Vidyasiri food And Accommodation Scholarship Scheme

Application mode: Online

  1. Visit the official portal designated for the scholarship scheme. 1. Fill out the application form online through the SSP (Student Scholarship Portal) software.
  2. Provide accurate personal and academic details as required in the application form.
  3. Upload the necessary documents, such as Aadhaar card, bank account details, caste certificate, income certificate, and previous year's marks card.
  4. After students complete the online application, please take a printout of the filled application form.

  10. The District Backward Classes Welfare Officer will check the information the Taluk Welfare Officer provided.
  11. They will ensure the application's compliance with the scheme's guidelines and regulations.
  12. The college principal will provide information about the selected student's attendance, confirming that it meets the minimum requirement of 75%.
  13. This attendance information will be uploaded by the Taluk Backward Classes Welfare Officer through the online portal.
  14. Based on the respective year's budget, the qualified students will be approved at the taluk level for the Vidyasiri-Food and Accommodation Scholarship.
  15. Grants will be allocated according to category-wise reservations and the Merit cum Means criteria.

Exclusions

  1. Students attending equivalent courses more than once are not eligible.
  2. Students practicing medicine during postgraduate medical courses are not eligible.
  3. Students who have changed courses multiple times are not eligible.
